Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The soap/s must have been purchased no longer than 30 days ago
  • The soap/s must be unused and in the same condition you received it/them and in the original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned soap/s and to let you know if the refund is approved
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within five working days
  • If it’s been more than five working days and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
